A commission for the merchandise line of the notorious Betoota Advocate satirical newspaper. The brief centred on a fictional community theatre inspired by the Afghan camaleers who pioneered much of post-colonial Australia. I was interested in playing with negative space in using the Mufasa-esque night sky.
